These documents are binding work instructions. Everyone – internal or external – must implement the instructions.

In the unlikely event that…

Exceptions may only be made in individual cases if all these points are given:

  1. There are very important reason.
  2. Write the reason in the ticket before.
  3. Explain this in the meeting.
  4. This reason has been approved then by the entire PE team.
  5. The exception is well documented in code and ticket.
  6. Exceptions can only be submitted and approved by the PE team.
